The Ohmbachsee invites you to visit: created in 1975, water surface area approx. 15 hectares, 1.5 km long, up to 300 meters wide, lake area designed as a park landscape, 3 ½ km circular hiking trail around the lake. With its large water surface, the Ohmbachsee is the largest contiguous water surface in the West Palatinate. The Ohmbachsee "reflects the sky like a brightly opened eye". The leisure complex is ideal for relaxing, having fun, celebrating and relaxing. (Note: swimming is not permitted). There is a water playground with a giant slide for children. There is a hotel and a campsite attached. The pedal boat rental at the water playground (free for Pfalzcard guests for half an hour) is open from April to October.
