🦌 What is Eekholt Wildlife Park? • The park is located in Großenaspe near Bad Bramstedt and was founded in 1970. • Over 700 animals live in natural enclosures on approximately 67 hectares – including wolves, otters, eagle owls, wild cats, deer, birds of prey, and lots of wild boars with cute piglets. • The focus is on native species and environmental education – more like a forest than a safari, but with a truly clear conscience.

Eekholt Wildlife Park is a true natural highlight in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein – charming, educational, and surprisingly lively. You won't find elephants here, but you'll find wolves, wild boars, and plenty of "local stars" who would otherwise be more likely to be seen in the forest than in the spotlight.

Quiet branch line towards Großenaspe or towards Hardebek farm community and further to Boostedt or Padenstedt.

Our three permanent tours through the beautiful Holstein region start and end at the Upper Market Square on the main street in Kellinghusen. Incidentally, the Market Square Festival also takes place here on BRT Saturday.

Here, the participants of the 2025 Federal Cycling Meeting in Kellinghusen will be provided with excellent food. Todesfelde will be the host on July 25, 2025. The Todesfelde fire department is looking forward to welcoming many friendly cyclists
