In the arms of the lovesick devil, she quickly changed back into the disgusting old woman he knew all too well. Angrily, he grabbed his grandmother and threw her back through the rock face into hell. This is how the Teufelsloch came into being, which can still be seen above Altenahr today.

This beautiful waterfall is located at the highest point of the Wolfschlucht.

When you cross the Trass caves, you go through a historical disaster area, it is about the eruptions of the Laacher See volcano, which erupted around 13,000 years ago.

As a kind of peephole, the devil's hole offers a funny and very beautiful perspective. The way there is also worthwhile. However, there are much nicer spots in the area for a panoramic view. Another disadvantage is that the Teufelsloch is a dead end street and that there is a lot of traffic jammed there and you don't want to or can't stay there any longer.

The Wolfsschlucht near Kell is a great hiking destination, to the left and right of the path there are huge rock faces and there is also a waterfall to see!
