For years, we at the Gutmann Brewery have been taking a variety of measures to protect the environment and nature. The Tittinger Biodiversity Trail on and around our brewery site gives you an insight into some of these measures. The circular trail can be walked on two routes - the "Brewery Trail" (easy, barrier-free valley trail, approx. 30 minutes) and the "Mountain & Valley Trail" (path over the mountain with a narrow, somewhat more challenging ascent and descent, approx. 60 minutes).

The summit of the 620 m high Lämmerberg (or Wülzburger Berg) is located in the middle of the Wülzburg fortress. It is part of the low mountain range of the Franconian Alb, after the Laubbichel, the Steinberg and the Auf der Ebene the fourth highest elevation in the Weißenburg Alb and the fourth highest in the east of the Bavarian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen.
