용이 한쪽 강둑에서 다른 쪽 강둑으로 구불구불 이어지는 것처럼 보일 수 있습니다. 하지만 여기서 보이는 것은 판타지 소설에서 나온 생명체가 아니라, 마인-도나우 운하의 양쪽 강둑을 연결하는 목조 보행자 다리입니다. 193미터의 길이로 유럽에서 가장 긴 목조 다리 중 하나라고 자랑할 수 있습니다. 다리에서는 에싱(Essing), 란데크 성 유적(Burgruine Randeck), 강 풍경의 아름다운 전망을 보장합니다. 그리고 운이 좋다면, 다리 위에서 풍경을 감상하고 있을 때 배가 다리 아래로 지나가는 것을 볼 수도 있습니다. 반대편에는 알트뮐탈 고고학 공원의 일부이며 네안데르탈인의 거주지였던 클라우젠회렌(Klausenhöhlen) 동굴이 있습니다. 마인-도나우 운하 건설 중에 반대편 강둑으로 가는 통행이 중단되었습니다. 이대로 둘 수 없었기 때문에 건설 회사인 라인-마인-도나우 AG(Rhein-Main-Donau AG)는 뭔가 생각해내야 했습니다. 계획은 거의 200미터 길이의 다리를 알트뮐탈의 독특한 풍경 속에 건설하는 것이었습니다. 결국, 특별한 경쾌함과 곡선적인 디자인이 특징인 건축가 리하르트 요한 디트리히(Richard Johann Dietrich)의 독특한 다리 구조가 선택되었습니다. 7년간의 계획 및 개발 작업과 공학 및 현대 목조 기술의 도움으로 이 독특한 다리 구조물이 실현될 수 있었습니다. https://www.herzstueck.bayern/attraktion/holzbruecke-tatzlwurm-200e691cf1

You must have seen that. The tower was not built the way Hundertwasser had actually planned it. Should be 70m high. But the church tower with 54m was of course the limit. And unfortunately Hundertwasser died in the planning phase. The project was completed by Peter Pelikan, Hundertwasser's architect.

We went there especially to admire Abensberg in all its glory and Christmas lights. It's also worth visiting the city like this.

A truly magnificent church well worth a visit!

The bridge stands out from afar due to its curious construction. With a length of 193 meters, the "Tatzlwurm" suspension bridge construction is one of the longest wooden bridges in Europe and connects the two sides of the Essing valley. Walk over it, cyclists have to get off and enjoy the gentle swing. You should definitely give yourself this experience, great.

Very beautiful city directly on the Altmühl surrounded by three castles and a wonderful rocky backdrop. In addition to the Rosenburg with Falkenhof and the two ruins Rabenstein and Tachenstein, there is still a lot to see in the small town. Whether hikers or cyclists, everyone gets their money's worth here, plus there are historical buildings and very nice places to stop for refreshments in the city.
