Filming location explorer Wasserburg and in particular the Marienplatz with the town hall and the Frauenkirche is a popular filming location for numerous films and television series. Scenes in the television series "Ärzte Dr. Schwarz und Dr. Martin" (1993 - 1999) and in the children's films "TKKG" and "Herr Bello" were filmed at the Marienplatz.
