A very special facility in Frankfurt's city forest. From the tower there is a magnificent view in all directions. Thank God this tower has been rebuilt!

In 2017 the old Goethe Tower fell victim to an arsonist, but the reconstruction was extremely successful. When you get to the top you have a great view of the Frankfurt skyline, all the way to the airport and the Taunus. Down at the foot of the tower there is a place to stop for refreshments and a large playground for the children.

Just stop and have a look. Most of the time, the Mainufer-Weg is so crowded with pedestrians that you can't get through it quickly ;-)
