Bike shop along route (Onyer Bike). Canal tow path a bit bone rattling in parts but mainly good.

Standing at the elevated area where the rest benches are on the edge of the car park. The views from the Crook of lune down onto the River Lune are brilliant

Looking back from this location you can see the River Lune railway bridge. It is a good sight to see

It is easy to see what time of the day it is when riding along the promenade, the clock tower is located in the central part of Morecambe

Riding along promenades can be fast going, elevated just above water level and a flat surface, you quickly get through the miles on promenades

Great place to watch the Bore Wave

The Lune Aqueduct leads across the Lune river and has been built in 1797. It carries the Lune Canal 16 metres above the river. You can also use it on your bike or on foot.
