The Protestant village church of Göritz is a Gothic hall church. The church is a stately fieldstone hall with a wider west tower from the second half of the 13th century. The boarded square tower top with hood and lantern dates from the end of the 17th century. The building was restored in 1991 and 2004–2006[1]. The building stands on a sloping base and has a grooved eaves cornice. The west portal is double-tiered, the south portal is single-tiered; The windows are in their original condition; there is a group of three windows in the east and a circular window in the gable. Inside, the tower room was originally connected to the nave by three pointed arched openings (similar to the village churches of Hetzdorf, Lindenhagen, Schmölln, Schönfeld); the side openings are complete, the larger one in the middle is partially walled up. The ship closes with a wooden ceiling on a sloping approach; A gallery is built in to the west. A pointed sacrament niche is embedded in the east wall and is closed with a wrought iron grille. The Protestant village church of Tornow is a Gothic hall church in the Tornow district of Göritz. The village church is a small rectangular fieldstone hall. It dates from the first half of the 14th century. In 1728 the windows in the east were arched, the rest were changed to arched and the inside was renewed. At the same time, the boarded-up western roof tower with a hood and a closed lantern was added. A restoration took place between 1991 and 1993. The east gable is made of brick with three tracery panels. The interior is closed with a beamed ceiling; the roof tower rests on two wooden supports.
