This reservoir is located deep in the forest between Schönheide, Carolagrün (Auerbach), Vogelsgrün (Auerbach) and Schnarrtanne (Auerbach). This reservoir offers the best nature experience and pure relaxation. The Silberbach is dammed here. Due to constant inflow and outflow, the water in this reservoir is a little colder than in the surrounding standing waters. The parking lot is a few meters below the reservoir.
