Unfortunately, no one cares about the formerly beautiful circuit. Meanwhile, this is even locked and you have to make your own way through the undergrowth. Too bad, but the more you do, the sooner a new path will emerge.

The Wolfersgrün dam is a small dam near the Kirchberg district of Wolfersgrün, south of Zwickau in Saxony.
It was built between 1951 and 1954 to supply drinking water to the Zwickau area and was actually intended as a pre-dam for a larger dam that was never built. After the withdrawal of drinking water was stopped in 1998, it still serves to a minor extent for flood protection.
The barrier structure is an earth embankment dam with a core seal made of clay.
The dammed waters are the Crinitzer Wasser and the Hirschfelder Wasser.
