Directly behind Pforzheim, the Würm Cycle Path plunges into dense forest, and apart from the town of Würm, there's not the slightest trace of civilization for miles. It's more up and down than along the Nagold River, but it's a beautiful green hell.

In the Enzauen between Oberriexingen and Enzweihingen I saw 30 storks foraging in rainy August 2023 - completely harmless and very beautiful.

Regarding the "killer geese": They are unpleasant and, above all, of course, simply unbearable for pedestrians. Cyclists may fare better because they are faster. But the means against it is the stick! If you see a pedestrian or cyclist WITH A STICK, stay away. Geese are about 300 meters after the Felsenberg heading east.
