Two watermills used to belong to Königsbrück Castle; today only the Niedermühle on the Warmenau remains, exactly on the border between Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia.

The castle complex is surrounded by a moat and consists of a manor house in the southeast corner of the area, a gate building with an adjoining coach house and horse stable, as well as two barns and a pigeon tower.
