Emssee and Emsseepark are close to the city center and form a beautiful, ideal local recreation area, right on the Emsauenradweg.

The Emssee in Warendorf is fantastically beautiful and offers many opportunities such as sailing, walking, fitness, playground, flower beds, Emsradweg, Ems, Emsseepark, various sculptures, benches, etc. Simply impressive and diverse.

The castle complex has been partly preserved, partly rebuilt, or replaced by other buildings. Teaching events are held here, there's a small open-air theater, a playground, a café open on weekends, and a terrace with a magnificent view.

Warendorf has a beautiful old town with a large market square.

From the parking lot it's about 700 m high, although steep, but it's worth it ... you can also sit in the café above ...
