Wonderful rest area, plenty of seating, a nicely decorated shelter including a well-stocked liquor cabinet and a trash can (you could also dispose of empty bottles here 👆). We spent a lovely break there.

"On Whit Tuesday each year, the recently married Lambrecht couple takes a billy goat to Deidesheim. This honors rights documented since 1404. - Theo and Klaus Rörig [from Hettenleidelheim] created this fountain. Inaugurated on August 5, 2000."
