Above the village of Steinberg-Dörfl. At the cross, there's also a bench with a great view. Directly from the Burgstallkreuz, a narrow single trail descends in a serpentine fashion.

I didn't think that it would be so steeply uphill at the end. It's a great way to rediscover the area you thought you knew well.

The park cemetery is located below the church at the vineyard. A special place of peace.

The hill offers a beautiful panoramic view.

At this point is the "center stone". Geographic data show the exact center of Burgenland. Next to it is a chapel and shady trees. There is a nice view on top. A short stop is practically mandatory.

The focal point is of course not the chapel, but the measured stone with its border. There is also a tablet with the geographical data on the stone. And next to the medlar tree there are also a cherry and a sour cherry tree.

The chapel in honor of St. Donatus is popularly known as the Weingartenkapelle, as it stands far away from the village on a hill in the middle of the Neckenmarkter Weinrieden. It was built in 1735 under Abbot Pastor Johannes Rohrer.
