Key historical data When did the Alp become Liechtenstein property? Summary from the Eintracht magazine. According to tradition, the Alpe belonged to Unterländer as early as 1826. After that, buying and selling took place. What is certain is that a document was drawn up on November 15, 1867 and signed by the land burden replacement and state regulatory commission and the cooperative's representatives. However, a few years later the Alprechte were sold. At the turn of the century, the lack of alpine pasture opportunities in the Lower Countries became more and more acute. Seven farmers (Lorenz Kind, Johann Hasler and Wilhelm Altenöder von Bendern; Josef Büchel and Fridolin Marxer von Ruggell; Franz Josef Batliner and Jakob Batliner von Eschen) bought Alpe Tiefensee in 1907. Since then, the Alp has been continuously owned by the Alpine Cooperative. Today the alpine cooperative has 16 members Text / Source: Basic paper on the situation in the Liechtenstein Alps https://www.llv.li/files/au/beilage-2-bericht-der-arbeitsgruppe-basisnpapier-auslan.pdf
