It's a challenging bike ride to this hut, but you get what you pay for. Fantastic mountain views. A lovely place to rest for a while, and they have delicious dishes on the menu.

On the trail section to the left of the hut, towards the transmitter, there is now a driving ban, but you don't really miss much...........

Great view. The climb may be a bit difficult for inexperienced climbers but it's worth it.

Great view of the Eisenerz Alps. Easily accessible from Vordernberg, we crossed it, easily possible thanks to the Regiobus 820.

Beautiful mountain with a wonderful view! On clear days, the view stretches from Vienna's local mountains to the Karawanks.

The Thaler Kogel (1,656 m) belongs to the Hochschwab group and is something of an insider tip among the mountains with great views. There is no hut, but there is a beautiful summit cross, a great view and two benches with tables. You can climb it from several directions.
