Lake Natterer See is a picturesque natural lake west of Natters, just a few kilometers from Innsbruck. Nestled among rolling hills and dense forests, it offers an idyllic setting for relaxation and leisure activities. In summer, the lake is a popular destination for bathing, swimming, and sunbathing. The water is clear and warms up pleasantly in the warmer months. Around the lake, there are lawns, jetties, and a large water sports facility with slides, a water trampoline, and stand-up paddleboard rentals. The lake is part of the Natterer See holiday paradise, an award-winning campsite with modern accommodations, a restaurant, and numerous recreational opportunities. In addition to traditional pitches, there are also luxury mobile homes, sleeping barrels, and safari tents. Even outside of the bathing season, the lake is a popular spot for walks, jogging, or simply relaxing in nature. In winter, when it's cold enough, the lake sometimes freezes over and becomes a natural ice skating rink. An idyllic place that delights both nature lovers seeking peace and quiet and active visitors!

Small swimming lake above Innsbruck near the small village of Lans. Really nice place, so sometimes crowded.

The Lanser See is an alpine moor lake with 70,000 m², of which approx. 35,000 m² is water. The lake is fed by groundwater as well as by the nearby water lily pond (= Lanser Moor), which is under nature protection. Beautiful water lily blooms from June to July. The infrastructure of the Lanser See includes a children's playground with a shallow children's pool in the lake, diving platform, "magic island" in the middle of the lake, ball playground, restaurant and a very romantic and quietly located mixed nudist area. Due to the size of the lake, dogs are unfortunately not allowed! Water depth: 12 m Water temperature: June to September 20-25 degrees
