    The Natterer See is a popular recreational area of the Innsbrucker. Actually, the lake is a bog lake, but offers excellent water quality and is a popular bathing lake. You will not find pure nature here - the lake is well developed for tourism. There are catering establishments and a 5-star luxury campsite.

      Lake Natterer See is a picturesque natural lake west of Natters, just a few kilometers from Innsbruck. Nestled among rolling hills and dense forests, it offers an idyllic setting for relaxation and leisure activities.

      In summer, the lake is a popular destination for bathing, swimming, and sunbathing. The water is clear and warms up pleasantly in the warmer months. Around the lake, there are lawns, jetties, and a large water sports facility with slides, a water trampoline, and stand-up paddleboard rentals.

      The lake is part of the Natterer See holiday paradise, an award-winning campsite with modern accommodations, a restaurant, and numerous recreational opportunities. In addition to traditional pitches, there are also luxury mobile homes, sleeping barrels, and safari tents.

      Even outside of the bathing season, the lake is a popular spot for walks, jogging, or simply relaxing in nature. In winter, when it's cold enough, the lake sometimes freezes over and becomes a natural ice skating rink.

      An idyllic place that delights both nature lovers seeking peace and quiet and active visitors!

          The Natterer See (or Lake Natters) is located 2.5 km western of the village Natters, 830 metres above sea level. It is one larger highlands lakes in the vicinity of Innsbruck. Several hiking trails lead round the lake.
