Arrived at the Werraquellhütte you can relax and enjoy the high-quality range of gastronomy. The design is based on a Swiss mountain hut. We felt like in South Tyrol, including a very good wine from the Unstrut 👌🏻. There is also a lot to discover for the children. Outside, they can explore the tower to the small pond, have fun at the water of the spring or visit and pet the animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, horses), of course under supervision 😊. Just beautiful there and a bit like vacation.

The Scheiben-Alsbach dam is located near Scheibe-Alsbach in Thuringia. It has been used since 1944 to increase the low water level and since 1986 to supply drinking water. The lower basin is embedded in the beautiful landscape of the Upper Black Valley and is approx. 2,400 m long and up to 900 m wide. The Schwarza dammed here rises to the east in the nature reserve.
