Outside of opening hours, non-alcoholic drinks are available in a refrigerator next to the door. Exemplary: A small hut with various garbage bins is available for waste separation. A fire escape is currently being installed at the back of the front wall for safety reasons.

Swabian Alb, absolutely a cycling paradise

The food was delicious😋. Very nice staff👍. When the temperatures are a little colder, you can also make yourself comfortable in the hiking home. Otherwise there is covered seating opposite.

The Hurschturm offers a wonderful all-round view, not only over the entire biosphere reserve around Münsingen, but over the entire Alb, including a far-reaching view of the Black Forest and, in good visibility conditions, of the Alps.

Nice view into unknown realms

Company holidays from the 3rd Advent up to and including the 2nd Sunday in January. There is a fridge outside where you can get drinks at comparatively moderate prices. Checkout is included. Outside seating is also available.

The Hursch tower is an observation tower from which the military exercises from the Münsingen military training area were controlled and observed. The old command status is still preserved above. From the tower you have a great view of the Alb and beyond. A fee of EUR 1 is to be expected. Only a maximum of 10 people are allowed to stay on the tower at the same time.
