호헨지부르크 카이저 빌헬름 기념비

카이저 기념비는 1902년에 공개되었으며 당시에는 오늘날과는 상당히 다른 모습이었습니다. 역사적인 엽서에서 꽤 매력적으로 보이는 장식 외에도 원래는 황제의 좌우에 각각 작은 탑을 두고 프리드리히 빌헬름 왕자와 프리드리히 카를 왕자의 두 개의 추가 조각상이 있었습니다. 1935년 나치에 의해 현대적이고 오늘날의 형태로 개조 및 재건되었습니다. (전쟁 후 제거된 제3제국의 상징은 제외). 이때 두 왕자의 좌우 조각상도 사라졌습니다.
성터와 마찬가지로 기념비도 자유롭게 접근할 수 있습니다. 아래쪽의 넓은 광장은 루르강과 렌네강이 합류하는 하겐의 루르탈, 발 아래에 있는 헹스테이 호수와 양수 발전소, 그리고 하겐의 산업 외곽 지역과 시내 일부를 조망할 수 있는 훌륭한 전망을 제공합니다. 호수 위의 레저 보트뿐만 아니라 강 합류 지점 바로 위의 루르 다리를 건너며 상당한 소음을 내는 기차도 볼 수 있습니다.

Here the Lenne flows into the Ruhr. Both rivers have their source in the Sauerland. Anyone who has visited the springs will be amazed that these two small rivulets each turned into stately little rivers.

Worth a trip, big or small. The approach over the Syburg and the view of Hagen is simply unforgettable.
