The way to Teufelsberg is marked with a weather cross. High up on the summit is a large stone cross, the so-called Wetterkreuz. The Kalmithaus is located at 673 m on the Palatinate Wine Trail and is the highest hut in the Palatinate Forest. It is the first and oldest hiking hut in the region. The (Great) Kalmit is 672.6 m above sea level. NHN height the highest mountain in the Palatinate Forest and after the Donnersberg the second highest peak in the Palatinate region.

One of the climbing destinations around Annweiler. I was up there once. The normal route in three pitches was a little adventure. Right next to it is the climbing hut with a nice refreshment stop.

The Ludwigsturm is a 15 meter high observation tower made of sandstone on the southern flank of the Blattsberg summit plateau in the Haardt, the eastern edge of the Palatinate Forest.
