The waterfalls were quite small, as there was very little water in the Schlossbächle stream at the time. I climbed on the left side, against the flow. The trail is manageable despite the numerous steps. The steel gratings for dogs can be a bit uncomfortable for their paws.

The stairs thing isn't for everyone, but it does have some advantages.

Even though this dam was built in 1784-1787 to generate electricity, the Lechfall is and remains an unforgettable “nature experience”. One of the most famous sights in the region that should definitely not be missed on the tour. Worth seeing!
