When the weather is good, I have a beautiful 360° view of the Black Forest from the top of the Feldberg.

An absolutely stunning place. The circular trail around the Blautopf is highly recommended. The Blautopf (21 meters deep) is a karst spring from which the Blau River rises.

A much sung about place, which rightly belongs to one of the most beautiful natural spectacles of the Alb. Summer, sun and the deep blue of the spring always have a beneficial and invigorating effect.

Wonderful view of the Feldbergsee. Behind it you can see the Raimartihof, which invites you to rest after the long descent. Hinterzarten is further away.

There is something magical about this little lake. The turquoise, blue and green glowing water has long fascinated us. We have been there countless times and would love to come back. Just not on nice weekends as it is overcrowded.

The blue pot is beautiful. You can easily walk around it. There is a great café right on the Blautopf.

The most famous karst phenomenon in Blaubeuren is the Blautopf. After the Aachtopf, the Blautopf is the largest karst spring in Germany. The Blautopf owes its existence to various circumstances. What can I say - due to the incredible amount of rain recently, the Blautopf is currently more milky than blue, despite the bright sunshine today. Anyway, still impressive. You don't see it every day. In addition, it "boils" as a result, that is to say, you can see in the middle the water gushing up from the karst spring. And that's probably not seen that often, according to the locals!
