The Kerstlingeröder Feld can be reached from various directions. For example, from Göttingen, Mackenrode, Klein Lengden, or Herberhausen (where you can also visit the Petrified Seabed). Once you arrive at the Kerstlingeröder Feld, you can enjoy beautiful nature and scenery. Depending on the season and time of day, you can discover extraordinary plants and animals. A little tip: It can be very hot or very cold and windy up there, depending on the season and the weather.

Huge and massive, built of stone, the tower is located very close to Göttingen. Depending on the route, reaching it can be strenuous. It's open until 6 pm on weekends and public holidays. It also looks beautiful at night when it's illuminated.
