The 20-meter-high tower is affectionately called the "Wobbly Tower" by the people of Leipzig because it sways back and forth on windy days. The site of the former Löhrs Garten and the later Robotron Combine is now home to the new headquarters of the Sächsische Aufbaubank – Förderbank – (SAB) in Leipzig. When construction began in 2016, many changes were made to the site until the first SAB employees were able to move into the building in July 2021. The support field is defined by 159 columns. Concrete columns with diameters of 40 to 110 cm structure this. The roofs placed on the columns, the so-called canopies, form the roof landscape above the forum and merge into the roof of the building. They are located at an average height of 20 meters.
