A very impressive building!

Dating from around the 17th century, it is considerably more impressive than the churches in the neighboring villages. The church stands somewhat off the road, but is still clearly visible.

Beautiful, quiet road through the forest. I hardly had any traffic on Saturday afternoon. Great surface.

Bernau's city center may be cobbled, but it's still worth a visit: With less traffic, you'll find lovely spots, like this café. Across the wall, you're quickly back out onto the slopes.

Beautifully situated on the canal, the path runs alongside the old cobblestone road. The path joins the cycle path that runs for several kilometers through the forest.

Yes, a good track. There's a bit more traffic due to the motorway exit, but it wasn't a problem on Saturday afternoon.

A relaxing walk along the canal. The sections without expensive barriers are in much better condition.
