Cycling can hardly be more beautiful than here - in the forest and close to the lake! The cycle path is beautifully curvy, but not too curvy. An experience!

A real idyll with a very attractive, diverse forest environment. Large stands of spruce trees and strong individual specimens. You can't go around the Papensee, but there are at least two good places to swim, and not just at the northern end!

The most beautiful view I know of the Great Lankesee from the south bank. This is easy to reach via a small path.

It is difficult to reach the shore from the west. The hiking trail runs several meters above the lake and is itself affected by some falling trees. But with a bit of skill you can make progress.
