The formerly independent parish of St. Servatius, with over 800 years of history, is one of the oldest in the diocese, as evidenced by its rare dedication to Bishop Servatius. The present church was built between 1860 and 1962, and its tower houses Emsdetten's oldest bells, dating from 1504 and 1696.

The Gasthaus zur Post is located in the village center on Dorfstraße. It is a large half-timbered building from the 18th century, which today serves as a hotel and restaurant. From September 1, 1871, the Gasthaus zur Post housed a restaurant and a bakery, as well as the post office for the municipality of Ladbergen until November 1918. The character of the 200-year-old building has not changed externally. Today, the Gasthaus zur Post is a hotel and restaurant known for its exceptionally good Westphalian cuisine.

The beautiful, historic mill consists of two half-timbered buildings of different ages. The water wheel can still be seen.

The Sachsenhof is a reconstruction of a 1,200-year-old early medieval Saxon farmstead. Cultivation experiments with crops and wild herbs from that era are conducted here. The open-air museum can be visited free of charge year-round.
