My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Restaurant De Watersport in Heeg. This restaurant is small but excellent. It's located right on a small canal, and the lovely terrace is a great place to sit. The food was delicious and of superb quality. St. Vitus Church is a Roman Catholic church dedicated to Saint Vitus and located in the Frisian village of Blauwhuis. The church was built between 1869 and 1871 according to a design by the national architect P.J.H. Cuypers. The three-aisled cruciform basilica was built in the Neo-Gothic style.

One of the most beautiful cycle paths through Sudwest-Fryslân. On the (racing) bike watch out for oncoming traffic and walkers because of the narrow path. Bird-rich area.
