The Grote or Sint-Vituskerk is a late Gothic cruciform basilica in the fortress of the North Holland town of Naarden, in the municipality of Gooise Meren.

The Grote or Sint-Vituskerk is a late Gothic cruciform basilica in Naarden-Vesting. The oldest part of the church is the tower, a remnant of a predecessor of the current church, which was built between 1380 and 1440. The current cruciform basilica with ambulatory and strikingly low transepts was the result of an extension between 1455 and 1518, a period in which the church was destroyed by fire twice. The side aisles have stone vaults, the central nave is covered by an oak barrel vault that was painted with biblical scenes between 1510 and 1518. The Last Judgement is depicted in the apse. Originally, the church was dedicated to Saint Vitus and a Catholic church. Afterwards, the church became a Protestant church. The oak choir screen (1531) with Renaissance carvings also dates from the period before the Reformation. The church is best known for the annual performance of Bach's St. Matthew Passion by the Netherlands Bach Society on Good Friday.
