Beautiful and big mountain with superb views.

The hiking car park is a good starting point for activities in one of the side valleys. From here you also have an ideal view of the “Three Sisters”. If you're driving through the magnificent Clencoe, stop here and take in the scenery.

Beautifully embedded lake in the valley. There is a parking lot right on the street, from where you can walk a few steps along the lakeshore.

The legendary inn serves good food all day long. Local game dishes, Scottish beef and Scottish salmon. But vegetarian dishes are also offered.

A subsiduary summit of the Bidean nam Bian, and part of the ridgeline leading down to Coire nan Lochan and the lost valley. The steep ridgelines and gullies in this area are a staple for Scottish Winter Mountaineering, as well as providing some great terrain for some wild mountain-running & hiking.

Bidean nam Bian is the highest of the peaks surrounding Glencoe. The mountain itself is built up of many complex summits and ridges - notably the summit of Stob Coire Sgreamhach, a Munro itself. At 1,150 metres, rocky summit and ridges provide committing, varied and technical mountain running, and a true mountain day out.

Interesting spot. Unfortunately, the views are quite overgrown so you won't be able to see far from here (as suggested on the information board).

Such a lovely little leg stretcher along the way. Definitely worth a stop.
