The market fountain in Röbel was built in 2010 as part of the redesign of the market square and now forms a modern focal point between the town hall and St. Nicholas Church. The cylindrical stainless steel fountain with a central water jet flows into a round granite basin, creating a refreshing atmosphere, especially on warm days. Despite its contemporary design, it blends harmoniously into the historic townscape and is a popular meeting place for locals and visitors alike, inviting them to linger and serving as a starting point for exploring the old town.

The price-performance ratio is good here. Very good fish sandwiches.

If you're cycling around Lake Müritz, a detour to Röbel's old town is highly recommended.
