The lake of Posta Fibreno is part of the homonymous protected natural area and extends for 0.287 km². The lake is fed by several tributaries, but the water flows slowly. The lake of Posta Fibreno or della Posta, a nature reserve, is one of the most beautiful, characteristic and unspoiled natural oases in all of central Italy. Singular peculiarities of the lake are the floating island and the ancient boat with a flat bottom. The nature reserve Lago di Posta Fibreno is a protected natural area located in the municipality of Posta Fibreno, in the province of Frosinone.
