great views from the B3081 on Charlton Down. Either hard won after the long climb up the zig-zags and then the drag up the downs or the beginning of an awesome fast descent. The high point is about 263m which gives a good view in all directions.

Beautiful city with lots of resupply options and bakeshops - well worth a stop mid ride.

Beautiful valley between Berwick St John and Alvediston following Crook Hill lane. This is part of the round Wiltshire cycle trail.

Do it the other way - much more fun as a descent!

Lovely little cafe with outdoor seating. Recommend the cheddar & chutney panini and Nutella milkshake!

Fantastic stop off - Coffee is rubbish in the café but who cares while your watching planes & exotic cars & motorbikes. Incredible roads & Gravel all around to ride - views are incredible. Don't forget your legs, very hilly.

Steep descent. Slow down for the junction at the bottom.

This is a stunning, almost art row of trees, quiet road and not too steep if you are going up. Links to many quiet back roads.

This is a lovely spot with a great view overlooking Cann Common and on to Shaftesbury. It's a good climb, but worth the delights of the view.
