Small on the outside, but a very large pub on the inside, perfect for a break. As always, with Cornish cream tea.

Great place to stop for a coffee or cake, really lovely place I would reccomend!

Don’t go down here without waders

It’s not a bike track at all why they continue to direct bikes down here would be a mystery except that it’s indicative of the modern take over of our lives. Becoming reliant on and giving over trust to apps overrides , pun intended, common sense and I’m talking about me. I went down this track and despite it becoming a bog I carried on and in the end had to go through a gate saying no entry and out through a farm.

From Pennance Point you can look south to Newporth Head. Considering how close to Falmouth you are, it's amazing how far away from anywhere you feel here.

As the coast path traverses above Parson's Beach there are stunning views towards Toll Point and the Helford River.

Tremendous views to the north and the south along the coast path at Rosemullion Head. Take a moment to look for the remnants of life from days gone by. From the concrete bases of WW2 anti-aircraft guns to the ditch and bank from an iron age castle.

A sandy rockpooly bay with a cafe and a bookable beach wheelchair. It's dog friendly and you can run all the way to Swanpool and Falmouth on the coast path.
