Padstow is famous for it's beautiful harbour, sandy beaches and amazing fish restaurants. Whether you grab fish and chips and sit on the harbour wall, or sample TV chef Rick Stein's first restaurant, the beaches and the food are not to be missed whilst you're here!

It is a nightmare to cycle through once the visitors are there I.e. most of the year. Cyclists don't stand a chance, I cycle to Rock and catch the ferry over to P if I need to go there.

The Camel Trail is a disused railway line between the Atlantic Ocean and Bodmin Moor. Following the Camel River, its lovely and flat so is an ideal running trail if you prefer to run on something steadier than the hilly cornish coastline. You can run from Wadebridge to Padstow or for a shorter round trip along this section to Bishop's Wood and back via Burlawn and Treraven.

Padstow Harbour is a picturesque port and the perfect place to enjoy fish and chips. It was made famous by the celebrity chef Rick Stein who still has a restaurant, bistro, cafe and chippy here. The harbour is busy with fishing boats and visitors alike in the summer with quick access across to Rock possible via the ferry.

Padstow is a charming fishing town and harbour that is rich in history and heritage. Whilst it can get busy, it is for good reason as the picturesque town has lots to see and experience. There are many attractive beaches and coves close to Padstow, too, including Bedruthan Steps, said to be the stepping stones of an ancient giant, and Constantine Bay, one of the best surfing beaches in the area.
