In 1941 Mosén Pere Ribot He was assigned to Riells del Montseny, where after the civil war of 1936/39 there was almost nothing left, but he got down to work and began to restore and beautify the entire interior. On the outside he restored the façade and placed a Romanesque door, enhanced the bell tower with two bells which he named Martina and Mercé. And for what it's worth, in recent years I was in charge of keeping their roofs clean and leak-free 😀👍
