Good fitness is required and it's very slippery when wet. Gorgeous, pure nature with beautiful viewpoints.

The Rotach Tunnel and its access road have been renovated and are easily accessible by bike from Doren-Sulzberg. The onward journey to Kennelbach is very difficult, if not impossible, due to numerous tree trunks lying across the road.

The tunnel is accessible again (June 2025, at your own risk). The wooden fence that prevented access has been removed, and new wooden planks have been installed on the bridge.
