The Joenkielinen fell is 534 meters high - high enough for a wonderful view of Lemmenjoki National Park and the Hammastunturi game area. The view is particularly beautiful in the evening when the setting sun wraps the landscape in orange-red. However, it can also get really windy up here.

A typical Finnish shelter in the style of a Laavu. Here you will find a rest area with a fireplace and a supply of firewood. An ideal place for a nice barbecue break.

The parking lot is the start point of the Joenkielinen loop. There are lots of information about the trail and the nature. You will also find information about shelters along the trail.
