Can be reached from the Roque de los Muchachos via a small path and is highly recommended. Sturdy shoes are also necessary here, as the path winds along very steep slopes.

The hike from Roque de los Muchachos to Espigón del Roque falls into the "easy" category and is therefore also suitable for hikers with less fitness. However, a head for heights is advantageous. Along the way, you'll pass several rocky outcrops with steep drops. Due to the special lighting conditions and the shadow effects, the hike should be undertaken either at dawn or dusk. Trade wind clouds – usually at midday – and rising patches of fog transform the scenery completely in a very short time.
