Built on an ancient railway line that connected Gabarret to Mont de Marsan, the Via Verde of It is an integral part of the Scandibérique, the pilgrims' cycle path (EuroVélo 3) that connects the city of Trondheim in Norway to Santiago de Compostela, crossing the France for over 1700 km, of which 195 km in the Landes.
