L'Aiguille du Midi is an absolute dream, the place you should see at least once in your life! For visitors to the Aiguille du Midi, it is the opportunity to discover the high mountains in complete safety. From Courmayeur you first go via the Pavillon intermediate station (2173 m) to Punta Helbronner at 3466 m altitude. From here you have the option to buy an additional ticket. The cable car then takes you to the adventurous world of the Aiguille du Midi at (!) 3777 m above sea level. Apart from the fact that it is a superlative viewing platform, there is another very special attraction here - an adventurous step "over the abyss". There is usually a queue here. It is therefore best to go to this highlight immediately upon arrival and then take pictures on the terrace later. On the outside there is a glass cabin that can only be entered with felt shoes (* are issued). A human resources employee monitors this and takes numerous, great photos with the visitor's cell phone as they enter. This prevents some visitors from staying here for too long. TOP!!! If I remember correctly, the total cost for the cable car and parking garage is just under €100 per adult. But the experience definitely justifies the price!!!
