Chamonix is one of the must-see trail running towns. The starting and finishing point of the UTMB, this dynamic town centralizes everything trail running enthusiasts are looking for. Located at the foot of Mont Blanc (4,808 meters above sea level), the town is surrounded by exceptional natural sites. It also offers a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops, and accommodations.

Charonix is a very charming town, a blend of historic mountain village and international alpine resort. Many beautiful old hotels, chalets, and cafés with views of Mont Blanc are worth a visit.

The first of the Cheserys lakes, a shame that transit through the other small ones was prohibited.

Modest, compared to the rest, but also extraordinary, because of the frame.

I loved this lake! and even more so to go around it (with some complicated steps) and see it full of fish.

I love this town! It has that alpine and mountain flavor that I like.

Wonderful France, there is a lot to discover here again and again
