Dissay is located on the Clain River about fifteen kilometers north-northeast of Poitiers. It belongs to the vineyards Haut-Poitou and Coteaux du Loir. Chateau Dissay, built as a bishop's residence in the 15th century for the Bishop of Poitiers, Pierre d'Ambroise, is today an inviting hotel with excellent cuisine! In the Guide Michelin: "One could say a lot about the Château de Dissay: about the talented chef Dorothée Teanor, the 15th century building with its elegant accents (large murals, stucco and mirrors), the modern kitchen without bells and whistles with vegetables in the foreground, it's best to simply try it yourself. We wish you a good appetite! " https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dissay https://www.viamichelin.de/web/Suchen_Restaurants/Dissay-86130-Chateau_de_Dissay-4023651
