The Saint-Nithier church in Clairvaux-les-Lacs is a Romanesque style church with a double-decker dome bell tower dedicated to Saint Nithier. Fun walk - the part on the boardwalk is about a kilometre. The rest of the walk to/from Prènovel is mainly on nice gravel roads through the hilly countryside.

There are many bogs in the region. These exemplary ecosystems are protected because they are home to unique fauna and flora that have been able to adapt over time to this poor and acidic environment. The Prénovel bog is a magnificent example. Stay well on the wooden walkways so as not to disturb the balance of these fragile wetlands.
