This 16th century village is the starting point for bike or walking tours in the forests of Marmanu and Sorba. To see: the sculpture of Neptune in homage to the god of the sea.

The Strette and Inzecca gorges further east come from the Fiurmorbo river. These canyon-shaped gorges stretch for more than 13 kilometers and offer extraordinary landscapes that can be admired while traveling the narrow and winding D344 from Ghisoni.

The Col de Sorba which is one of the main passes in Corsica is a marvel. Whatever side you approach it, it is as pleasant to go up as it is to go down.

In this magnificent Corsican village you find a quite spectacular fountain called Neptune. This original statue was created by the sculptor Vital-Gabriel Dubray (1813-1892) at the request of the Ducel foundry for their commercial catalog. This is why we find the same model in many cities in France as well as in South America, in Rio de Janeiro for example. The fountain was completed in August 1867.
