한때 브르타뉴 변경 지역의 요새 중 하나로 여겨졌던 다르발 성은 9개의 탑을 갖춘 옛 봉건 요새였습니다. 뒤클랭의 포위 공격을 포함한 유명한 포위 공격을 겪은 후, 1598년에 낭트 칙령에 의해 철거가 명령되어 파괴되었습니다. 유일하게 남은 유적인 생클레르 탑으로 개명되고 성의 이름을 딴 옛 성채만이 11세기부터 알려진 성의 역사를 증언하며 오늘날까지 남아 있습니다.

This church is in Romanesque style and has retained certain elements from the 12th century. The lantern on the right side of the tower is representative of the belief in guiding the dead into the darkness of the afterlife.
